Professional Information
Since 2007, I have taken both Vietnamese and English language proficiency exams, public trust security clearance, and state certification every 5 years to qualify for contract analytical linguistic work for the federal and California state law enforcement agencies. Also, I passed the U.S. Department of State Liaison Level interpretation test for Vietnamese - English; passed the Department of the Army - Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center Oral, Reading, Writing Vietnamese Tests with Native level rating to qualify for simultaneous and consecutive Vietnamese Interpretation assignments nationwide. In March 2025, I passed California Certified Court Interpreter's written exam and a candidate to take the Oral Court Interpreter exam in Fall 2026.
