I have years of On-Site Interpretation experience in addition to extensive Over the Phone (OPI) experience with Language Line Services out of Monterey, CA. Interpretation clients have ranged from 911 first responders, to US Immigration, to companies in the insurance, computer, medical, hospital and banking sectors. My experiences and specialized multi-cultural training have honed my listening skills and sensitivity to customer service. I have undergone specialized training for: medical interpretation, US. Citizenship & Immigration Service (USCIS ), where in 2010 I earned certification and a security clearance. I am familiar with the procedures and dynamics of refugee asylum cases having interpreted countless over the phone call throughout the years.
