Instructions to Obtain an Invoice

**Government Agencies ONLY**

1. Fax or email a completed copy of the conference registration form to Susan Cruz at admin@najit.org. We will honor the registration rate at the time of initial inquiry, not time of payment.

2. We will process your registration as “pending”.

3. You will receive an invoice via email within 2 business days.

4. If payment is not received within 30-days your registration will be cancelled.
