As a NAJIT Exhibitor you will be located in the center of the event. We purposefully keep our exhibit hall small to maintain the intimacy of our event and provide an excellent opportunity to highlight your organization and connect with attendees. As an Exhibitor you are entitled to the following benefits:
~ One 6′ draped table, with 2 chairs
~ Exhibit Hall Pass for booth staff to access your booth. NOTE: Booth Staff do not have access to conference sessions, nor the annual luncheon unless they are also registered for the conference.
~ Exhibits are located where all session breaks and the Saturday evening reception are scheduled to maximize your networking opportunity with attendees.
~ A full listing in our Conference App where attendees can view your profile, locate your exhibit booth, click to call, email or visit your website.
~ Access to the Conference App where you can view attendee contact information.
~ A Quarter-page ad in the conference program.
~ Your organizations clickable banner ad or logo on our conference Sponsor & Exhibitor recognition webpage.
~ Attendee Packet Insert: Each Exhibitor is entitled to have inserts placed in the conference packet without charge. Printed materials must be received by May 1, 2018.
NOTE: You may have a maximum of two people staff your exhibitor table at any given time. Exhibitor registration does not include attendance to conference sessions, nor conference events. If you wish to attend the Annual Luncheon or any conference sessions you must register as an attendee as well.

NAJIT will promote your company to over 350 attendees, 1100+ members and our mailing list of over 5,000 companies and individuals:
~ All Exhibitors are recognized in the Conference printed program in addition to your quarter-page ad.
~ All Exhibitors are recognized in our Conference Round-Up article published the summer after the conference and sent to all NAJIT members.
~ Your clickable banner or logo will remain posted on our conference recognition page until the conclusion of the following years conference.
Not included: Exhibitors are responsible for ordering electricity and internet access. Options to add these to your order are part of the registration process.
As an exhibitor, you will be entitled to all of these benefits for only $585 for members ($750 for non-members). There are only 15 Exhibitor tables available. Register early as these will sell out!
