The National Association of Interpreters and Translators (NAJIT) has the utmost respect for the privacy of our members and all other constituents who visit our website. NAJIT seeks to assure our members and constituents that any information provided us is treated appropriately and responsibly. We have enacted the policy below to ensure effective online privacy.
GATHERING AND USE OF INFORMATION
The majority of the information that NAJIT gathers is for purposes of providing the best member experience possible. Identifiable personal information is gathered or stored only when it is knowingly provided to us by our members or constituents. NAJIT will not disclose or sell any personal information. The personal information that is published in our membership directory is voluntarily provided by our members or constituents and is accessible to the public.

The NAJIT website contains links to resources on other websites. We exercise no control over these other sites and cannot be held responsible for their privacy policies.
CREDIT CARD DATA
NAJIT does not disclose or retain any credit card or electronic check data provided by our members, constituents, or customers. All credit card and electronic check transactions are processed using the Server Integration Method (SIM), which allows checkout and receipt pages to be hosted on a secure server.
