As a NAJIT2020 Exhibitor you will be located in the center of the event. We purposefully keep our exhibit hall small to maintain the intimacy of our event and provide an excellent opportunity to highlight your organization and connect with attendees.
At NAJIT2020 you will be connected with interpreters, translators, language services company owners and employees, as well as students who will soon be entering the T&I professions.
NAJIT will promote your company to over 300 attendees, 1100+ members and our mailing list of over 5,000 companies and individuals:
Your organization will be named and a link to your website will be included in the summer edition of Proteus, our online Newsletter.
Your clickable banner or logo will remain posted on the conference recognition page for 2020 indefinitely.
Your organization will be recognized in the conference printed program in addition to your quarter-page ad.
NOTE: You may have a maximum of two people staff your exhibitor table at any given time. Exhibitor registration does not include attendance to conference sessions, nor conference events. If you wish to attend any conference sessions or events you must register as an attendee as well.
** Exhibitors are responsible for ordering electricity and internet access directly from the hotel. Details will be provided upon request.**
As an exhibitor, you will be entitled to all of these benefits for only $585 for members ($750 for non-members). There are only 15 Exhibitor tables available. Register early as these will sell out!
