As a NAJIT2019 Exhibitor you will be located in the center of the event. We purposefully keep our exhibit hall small to maintain the intimacy of our event and provide an excellent opportunity to highlight your organization and connect with attendees.
At NAJIT2019 you will be connected with interpreters, translators, language services company owners and employees, as well as students who will soon be entering the T&I professions.

Your organization will be named and a link to your website will be included in the summer edition of Proteus, our online Newsletter.
Your clickable banner or logo will remain posted on the conference recognition page for 2019 indefinitely.
Your organization will be recognized in the conference printed program in addition to your quarter-page ad.

Exhibitor Package – At the event:
One six foot draped table, with 2 chairs
Exhibit Hall Pass for booth staff to access your booth. NOTE: Booth staff do not have access to conference sessions or events unless they are also registered for the conference.
Exhibits are strategically located to maximize your networking opportunity with attendees.
A full listing in our conference app where attendees can view your profile, locate your exhibit booth, click to call, email or visit your website.
Access to the conference app where you can view attendee contact information.
A Quarter-page ad in the conference program.
Attendee Packet Insert: Each exhibitor is entitled to have inserts placed in the conference packet without charge. Printed materials must be received by April 26, 2019.
NOTE: You may have a maximum of two people staff your exhibitor table at any given time. Exhibitor registration does not include attendance to conference sessions, nor conference events. If you wish to attend any conference sessions or events you must register as an attendee as well.
** Exhibitors are responsible for ordering electricity and internet access directly from the hotel. Details will be provided upon registering. As an exhibitor, you will be entitled to all of these benefits for only $585 for members ($750 for non-members). There are only 15 Exhibitor tables available. Register early as these will sell out!
