Conference Checklist: Tips for Maximizing Your IN-PERSON Experience 

The NAJIT 43rd Annual Conference offers a variety of events where you can expand your network, connect with friends, or just have fun! Here are a few tips to make your experience a remarkable one:

VIRTUAL ATTENDEES: You will receive an email on May 31st containing instructions for accessing the virtual event platform. When the platform launches on June 1st, you will be able to login and get comfortable navigating the platform. You can update your attendee profile, visit exhibitors, and chat with other attendees!   • Hotel Information

    View the hotel information page for driving instructions, taxi estimates, and parking at the hotel. Need a room? Call the AC Hotel, there are still a few rooms available until May 18!

  • Conference Program

    View a preview of the conference program. Each attendee will receive a printed copy when they check-in at the conference registration desk.

  • Conference App

    Download the conference app. It is a practical way to have everything at your fingertips; create your personalized schedule, easily connect with colleagues, share feedback, and more! Click below for complete details.

  • What to wear

    The dress code for the conference is business casual. Some folks dress up for the Saturday reception. Bring a sweater as the conference rooms may be cold.

  • Photographer

    Take advantage of the on site professional photographer. On Friday, from Noon-5 pm, go to the Oceanside I room to have your headshot taken for only $20. You will receive your photo via email after the conference. First come, first served.

  • Continuing Education Credit

    Review the continuing education packet for details on requesting a certificate of attendance. Use the conference app exclusively to track your sessions.

  • Social Media

    Share your conference photo's on Twitter & Facebook. Hear about events as they unfold! #NAJIT2022

Who is the app available to?

The app is available to all registered attendees. You will receive an email from TripBuilder with your login information on May 31st.

If you do not receive an email from TripBuilder check your spam folder before contacting NAJIT.

What devices are supported?

You can use your laptop, desktop, mobile phone, or tablet.

How do I get the app?

Enter keyword NAJIT in the Apple store. Search National Association of Judiciary Interpreters and Translators in the Google Play store. Or, go to in the web browser on your device. This link will automatically detect your device type and take you to the right place to download the app.

You can also get the app by scanning this QR code with your camera.
What can I do with the app?

Track sessions for your Certificate of Attendance

  • Check-in to each session you attend using the four digit code provided by the session speaker
  • The app maintains a list of every session you attend
  • NAJIT will automatically email you a certificate of attendance
  • Review the Certificate of Attendance Instructions for step-by-step instructions

Maximize your Networking Opportunity

  • Complete your attendee profile
  • Search for attendees by location or language pair
  • View the entire event schedule

  • My Event: Create your personal schedule for the event. Add personal meetings too!
  • Events: See a high-level view of daily events.
  • Schedule: View all session descriptions, presenter bios, view and download handouts, submit session/presenter feedback, and contact the presenter.
  • Gallery: Upload your conference photo’s and view those of other attendees.
  • FAQs: See answers to common questions.
  • Attendees: View the full list of attendees. Search for people by state or language. Add them to your address book, call or email with one click!
  • CEU Tracker: Check-in to sessions to receive a certificate of attendance. See sessions you’ve attended.
  • Social Feed: Easily connect with Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Floor Plans: View the layout of the hotel and conference rooms.

  • Sponsors: Read about our conference sponsors, view their web page and contact them.
