As a NAJIT Exhibitor you will be located in the center of the event. We purposefully keep our exhibit hall small to maintain the intimacy of our event and provide an excellent opportunity to highlight your organization and connect with attendees.
At our conference you will be connected with interpreters, translators, language services company owners and employees, as well as students who will soon be entering the T&I professions.

Use our exhibitor checklist to maximize your opportunity at our event.
NOTE: Exhibitors are permitted a maximum of two people staff your exhibitor table at any given time. Exhibitor registration does not include attendance to conference sessions, nor conference events on Saturday. If you wish to attend any conference sessions or events you must register as an attendee as well.
** Exhibitors are responsible for ordering electricity and internet access directly from the hotel. NAJIT has paid for all attendees to have basic internet access. NAJIT cannot guarantee connections speeds. Additional details will be provided upon registering. **

NOTE: Booth staff do not have access to conference sessions or Saturday events unless they are also registered for the conference. The Friday Welcome event takes place in the exhibit hall.
