Call for Proposals

NAJIT is delighted to open the Call for Proposals for our 46th Annual Conference, taking place in Indianapolis, Indiana—known as the ‘Crossroads of America’ and home to the iconic Indy 500. Join us from June 6-8, 2025, and contribute to this premier event for judiciary interpreters and translators.

Just as races pause for critical pitstops, NAJIT’s Annual Conference offers a moment to regroup, refuel, and strategize. It brings together language professionals and key stakeholders in the judiciary and beyond for meaningful conversations that help propel the T&I profession forward. Our highly interactive sessions provide participants with relevant insights and practical tools to enhance their work. We invite you to contribute your expertise, insights, and innovative ideas by submitting proposals for a main conference session, workshop, or both at this prestigious event.
