Advocacy Survey

The Advocacy Committee survey is now closed.  Thank you to those who participated!

Dear Colleague,

The NAJIT Advocacy Committee is seeking your input!

NAJIT wants to learn more about your perspective on advocacy on behalf of court interpreters.

We only ask for 15 minutes of your valuable time and, as a token of our appreciation, all participants who complete the survey by February 29, 2024, will receive a $20 discount coupon for an upcoming NAJIT webinar.

Who Should Participate

We encourage all court interpreters to take part, regardless of certification status or language combination. Whether you are a freelance interpreter or a staff interpreter, whether you work at the federal, administrative/immigration, state, county, or municipal level, your opinion matters! No previous experience with advocacy is required.

Why Participate

This survey will help us identify workplace issues, establish priorities, and streamline efforts on issues that affect us all. The information we collect will enable us to focus our advocacy efforts more effectively and aid in the development of training programs. Your input is invaluable!

Confidentiality

All responses will be strictly confidential and no identifying information will be published.

We sincerely thank you for taking the time to share your experiences and insights with us. Together, we can strive for a better future for all court interpreters.
